Dr. Kleinman is ONLY in-network with BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) PPO and BlueChoice PPO plans.
Dr. Kleinman is NOT in-network with BCBS HMO, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, United Health, Medicaid, Medicare, or any other insurance provider. Governmental programs will not reimburse any portion of services rendered.
Patients may check with their insurance plan to see if there is an out-of-network benefit to cover psychotherapy services.
Patients may also pay for services directly without using any insurance.
